Hi, I'm Roxanne, the founder of Clear Choice Coordination.

I have worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and have spent more than 5 years specialising in mental health. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside people from all walks of life, helping them navigate services, build confidence, and work towards goals that are important to them.

As a qualified Social Worker based in Perth, I believe that the best support starts with genuine relationships. I take the time to get to know each person, understand what matters to them, and provide support that is tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

I know that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my role is to make that process easier. Whether it's understanding your plan, connecting with the right providers, building your support network, or working towards greater independence, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
